My maternal grandfather. Emigrated from East Prussia to Pound, Wisconsin about 1890. Fourteen children by two sisters, the second of whom was Louise. The last two of his children, Addie (Hedwig) who became an obstetrician at Jackson Clinic in Madison Wisconsin), and Olga (my mother Margaret) were born in America. Seven (Albert a lawyer and State Senator, Minnie, Bertha Penkowski, Martha Bahlert, Elizabeth Penberthy, Edith and one other) accompanied him to America, four of his children remained in Germany, one of whom was married-named Domboski.
